Since establishment, REJE has been focusing on the semiconductor equipment market and committed to providing innovative automated transfer solutions for the semiconductor industry and has served over 800 customers to date. REJE's main products include Clean Robots, semiconductor system equipment EFEM, Sorter, and Load Port, SMIF Port, Premium Parts, etc. The products are widely used in lithography, Etching, PVD, CVD, Cleaning, Film Lamination, Spin Coating, CMP, Inspection and Metrology, Wafer Bonding and other process equipment.
